Temporary Enrollment and Customer Service Associate, Full-Time

The Music Settlementis seeking a qualified candidate for full-time, temporary Enrollment and Customer Service Associate. This position will support the Manager of ECS Department by maintaining areas of registration, financial aid, enrollment office daily operations and customer service. Qualifications include excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills, and an in-depth knowledge of all MS Office programs. Prior experience in an educational institution registration environment preferred.

Manager of Corporate and Annual Giving


The Music Settlement, a prestigious community music school celebrating its 98th year, seeks a qualified candidate for an immediate opening in the position of Manager of Corporate and Annual Giving.  The Manager of Corporate and Annual Giving is a full-time position reporting to the Director of External Affairs and is responsible for implementing fundraising strategies to meet budgeted income goals. The successful individual will plan and implement initiatives related to direct mail, face-to-face, and sponsorship solicitation in a manner consistent with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum of 3 years experience in nonprofit fundraising, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, experience with planning and managing special events, and excellent systems skills, including demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.  Preferred qualifications include a familiarity with the arts and culture sector and fundraising software (Raiser's Edge).
