Manager of Enrollment and Customer Services

The Cleveland Music School Settlement seeks qualified candidate for full-time Manager of Enrollment and Customer Services. This newly created department will manage the functional areas of registration, financial aid, and business office operations. Qualifications include 3-5 years experience in business office and/or enrollment functions -- at least two in an educational institution. Excellent computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in implementation of an integrated student information system is highly desired. Bachelors Degree in related field required.
