The Cleveland Music School Settlement is proud to count in its list of alumni folk singer Tracy Chapman, tenor Seth McCoy and violinist Jaime Laredo. Many past students are in professional careers on the concert stage, in conservatories and in orchestras around the country, and Settlement music therapy interns have become outstanding leaders in the field of music therapy. Over the past 90 years, the Settlement has shaped the lives of thousands of others, who, in turn, have contributed to the building of a stronger community.

Throughout the Settlement's 90-plus year history, volunteers have provided support that has helped the Settlement to better serve the needs of the community. As the Settlement counts down to its 100th anniversary in 2012, many exciting projects will require the talent and creativity of dedicated volunteers.
